Building Engineering Services Competence Accreditation Ltd

Competent Persons Scheme This currently covers the requirements for the self-certification of commercial and domestic HVACR work under the Building Regulations.	Air-conditioning Inspection Scheme This covers the domestic & non-domestic air-conditioning inspection and reporting requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations.	Building Energy Assessor Scheme This covers the provision of non-domestic Energy Performance and Display Energy Certificates (EPC & DEC) required by the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations.
