BESCA, the Building Engineering Services Competence Assessment Ltd was established in 2006 by the Building Engineering Services Association (BESA).
Acting as a certification body as part of the wider BESA Group, BESCA aims to help businesses and individuals within the UK to meet industry standards, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice within the building engineering services industry.

BESCA are proud to be members of the Association of British Certification Bodies (ABCB) which actively promotes nationally accredited certification and works with government departments, trading standards, purchasers and specifiers, UKAS and other stakeholders.
BESCA is accredited by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17065:2012 to provide product conformity certification via it's Competent Person Scheme.
